Terms and Conditions

Gold Star Trainings and Workshops is being delivered to you by Gold Star Training Ltd and Judy Barber.  This event is taking place at the Royal National Hotel, London on September 18th, 19th and 20th. 

We have an exciting 3 days planned with 8 speakers lined up, to share with you their skills and experiences on how to uplift the level of your trainings and workshops.

If there is an unfortunate circumstance and one of the speakers is unable to attend then we may need to change the content of the seminar or the line up of speakers.

We will be filming this event, which means that there will be 2 camera's and a camera crew who will be filming both the presenters and you, the participants.  By attending this event you are giving us permission to film you plus to use these recordings as visual, audio and manuscripts which will be resold and used for promotional material.

Health and Safety Policy
During the event we will be playing many different games and activities which will involve movement and equipment.  If you get involved in these games then you do so at your own risk and therefore we are not responsible for any accidents that may happen.  First aid equipment will be supplied by the hotel.

Fire Safety
The Royal National Hotel has its own Fire Safety Procedures and everyone who will be attending the conference will be asked to adhere to their procedures.  Failing to follow these instructions will be done at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the timings of this event we are not offering a cancellation policy and therefore once you have paid there will be no refund given.

Disability Policy

Equal Opportunities Policy
Gold Star Training Ltd and Judy Barber are equal opportunities companies and therefore will not tolerate any discriminative behaviour at all during the event.  If we notice or are made aware of any such like behaviour we will ask the individuals to leave immediately and a refund will not be given.
